Gray Moss

This gray moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In rainy mountain ranges, In rainforests, and In bogs.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is very robust; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores.
