Emerald Creeper

This large creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 402 feet (122.5 meters) and growing as high as 46 feet (14.0 meters).

It takes 3 years for the emerald stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 6 inches (15 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The long, tapering, rough leaves reach up to 11 inches (28 cm) in length. They are red on the edges and white at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces handfuls of average brown flowers.
