Indigo Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This big creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 219 feet (66.8 meters) and growing as high as 37 feet (11.3 meters).
It takes 13 months for the red stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1.1 feet (33 cm) and are thick and twisted.
The finger-like, sticky leaves reach up to 1.6 feet (48 cm) in length. They are grey with indigo tips, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces a handful of colossal light grey flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces lots of tiny fruits.
