Silverbrush
Shrub type: Coniferous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This average-sized shrub grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall and lives for around 45 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has many stocky, twisting stems covered in hard, ridged, dark gray bark, and the wood inside is silver.
The branches trail down across the ground with dozens of twigs that and are covered with handfuls of small, very thin, leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are either amber, or azure with light grey splotches, light and sticky.
In mid-summer it produces hundreds of tiny, pink flowers with 4 teardrop-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have an intensely strong scent that smells like new books.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
