Blueleaf Tree
Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized tree grows up to 50 meters (164.1 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 123 years old. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a knobbly, straight trunk covered in very thick, knobbly, brown bark, and inside, the medium-dense wood is silver.
The branches are short stubs and are covered with copious amounts of sticky, large, needle-like leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are sky blue and green.
In late summer it forms tiny, black, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.
The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is rigid and weak, and breaks apart easily.
Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between them filled with thick undergrowth.
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
