Emeraldvine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 22 feet (6.7 meters) and growing as high as 66 feet (20.1 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 8 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and woody.
The fan-like, smooth leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are a shade of emerald that gradient shifts to sky blue at the top, and have smooth edges.
During late spring, the bine produces many bunches of average lime flowers.
