Emerald

This slate moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In rainy mountain ranges, and In bogs.
It is average-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is very sturdy.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
