Bloodvine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 23 feet (7.0 meters) and growing as high as 609 feet (185.6 meters).

It takes 2 months for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and gnarled.

The 9 pointed, rough leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are blood red and grey, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the bine produces balls of large florescent purple flowers.


It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
It can survive a very long time without water.
It comes in 36 varieties.
