Yellow Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In moorlands, In rainforests, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is very sturdy; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
