Lime Green Tree

Tree type: Coniferous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This small tree grows up to 5 meters (16.4 feet) tall and lives "forever", with many known specimens being tens of thousands of years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a slender, curved trunk covered in knobbly, light brown bark, and inside, the medium-dense wood is burgundy-brown.

The excessive amount of branches trail down to the ground, with thousands of twigs covered with thick bunches of large, lime green or green needles. The needles themselves are resistant.

In late summer it produces small, blood red, winged seeds that float and land far away.

The roots are thick and spread across the surface, as well as underground, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with clear space between them.

It comes in 16 varieties, each with a different leaf colour.
It is frequently struck by lightning.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
