Slate Succulent
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This large cactus grows up to 92 feet (28.0 meters) tall. The needle-like stem is slate and lime green, and is covered in dozens of flexible slate spines.
It is quick growing, taking 4 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are dull purple on the underside and light brown on the top grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 55 petals. It has a powerful scent that smells like freshly washed clothes.
The cactus's skin is tough, the pastel green flesh is soft, and the dull purple sap is thin.
It is suitable for making strong rope
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
