Pink-Red Winding Vine
Flower type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This giant flower grows up to 7.3 feet (2.2 meters) tall. Its pink-red stem is wispy and splits into 4 branching stems at the base, and the tiny, emerald leaves are stiff, pointed with jagged edges. 2 leaves grow at the base of the stem.
Two giant flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 44 cm (17.3 inches) wide, with yellow petals that gradient shift to white on the outer edge. The central disk is hazel. The flower head is largely flat with handfuls of widely spaced round-tipped petals. They are very delicate.
It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like skunk spray, and it has copious amounts of pollen. It is a self-pollinator.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
