Yellow Tuft Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This big, green grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are resistant and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, subtle yellow tuft.

During the early winter, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.

Before maturity, it can grow 0 per day.
The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
