Crimson Grass

This short, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, crimson tuft.

During the early summer, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few giant grains.
