Silvervine

This small creeper is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 23 feet (7.0 meters) and growing as high as 73 feet (22.3 meters).

It takes 7 months for the light grey stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are tough and woody.

The very narrow and elongated, soft leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are generally light grey, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces dozens of giant bronze flowers, and during the early summer, after flowering, it produces a handful of very large fruits.
