Moss Green Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This giant vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,932 feet (588.9 meters) and growing as high as 841 feet (256.3 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 50 years for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 3.7 feet (1.1 meters) and are rough and prickly.

The finger-like, smooth leaves reach up to 3.5 feet (1.1 meters) in length. They are drab red on the sides and orange at the center, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces thick bunches of giant green flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of large berries.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
