Pink-red Climber

This large bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 271 feet (82.6 meters) and growing as high as 55 feet (16.8 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 2 years for the pink-red stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and waxy.

The crescent-shaped, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.8 feet (56 cm) in length. They are found in slate and light grey varieties, and have toothed edges.
