Emerald

This gray-green moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In damp forests.
It is big, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is extremely resistant; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release thousands of spores.
