Silverfern

This silver moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In rainy mountain ranges, and In heathlands.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is overwhelmingly strong.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
