Slate Moss

This orange or slate moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps, and is extremely strong.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release millions of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

Their seeds have hallucinogenic properties.
All parts of the leaf succulent are edible.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
