Redvine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 50 feet (15.2 meters) and growing as high as 176 feet (53.6 meters).
It takes 8 months for the brown stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.
The circular, soft leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are generally dull red, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the vine produces many clusters of giant sky blue flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces a modest amount of small fruits.
