Crimson vine

This short vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 12 feet (3.7 meters) and growing as high as 91 feet (27.7 meters).

It takes 10 months for the black and crimson stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and woody.

The finger-like, crispy leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are pink and black, and have irregular edges.
