Copper

This copper moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In heathlands, On trees, and In rainforests.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly robust; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
