Pink Puffgrass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This average-sized, pink-red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in small clumps that are rigid and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, peach puff.
During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
The stems are covered in large spikes.
