Coppergrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized, copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in thick clumps that are resistant and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, cream tail.
During the early winter, it produces excessive amounts of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
