Waterleaf
Flower type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This modest-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its orange-yellow stem is thin, and the large, emerald leaves are very narrow and elongated with rounded edges. 10 leaves grow at the base of the stem.
Two medium-sized flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with petals that are black at the sides and intense orange at the center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 10 petals. They detach easily.
It has a delicate scent that smells like new books, and it has lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by one species of insect in particular.
It is possible to grow it from cuttings.
It is suitable for making paper
