Yellowgrass

This modest-sized, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thin clumps that are durable and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, dark grey tail.

During the mid-summer, it produces lots of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of medium-sized grains.
