Goldwind Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This large, brown grass grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The very thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, gold spikelet.
During the late autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.
