Fruit Tree type: Deciduous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This massive fruit tree grows up to 64 feet (19.5 meters) tall and lives for up to 30 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 57 years old. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has a narrow, straight trunk covered in silky, yellow-brown bark, and inside, the dense wood is black.

The thick clumps of branches are short and thin and are covered with sparse amounts of large, finger-like leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are magenta and aquamarine.

In early spring, it produces a thick sheet of small, light grey blossoms with stiff, pointed petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They fall easily and have a delicate scent that smells like something putrid.

In early autumn it produces tiny, 2 pointed fruit. The fuzzy white skin is tough and slightly spicy, and the crunchy gold flesh is extremely sweet and very dry. The dark grey seed is tiny and sits at the top of the fruit.

The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between filled with undergrowth.

The leaves are excellent for making pulp fibers.
It is very delicate and is easy to kill.
