Magenta

This small tree grows up to 3 meters (9.8 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 132 years old. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has a narrow, straight trunk covered in fine, waxy, white with black speckled bark, and inside, the soft wood is brown.

The excessive amount of branches are long and thick and are covered with small amounts of crispy, giant, wispy leaves with ripped edges. The leaves themselves are magenta and aquamarine.

In early spring, it produces dozens of giant, washed-out red blossoms with 2 circular shaped petals. They detach easily and have an intense scent that smells like freshly baked bread.

In late summer it forms large, vivid orange, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.

The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with clear space between them.
