Copperbell

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 35 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many slender, straight stems covered in knobbly, copper-coloured bark, and the wood inside is pale yellow.

The branches are long and thick that and are covered with sparse amounts of large, slender, pointed, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are generally sky blue, hardy and crispy.

It produces a thick sheet of large, grey flowers with finger-like petals with a trumpet-shaped floral cup. They are sturdy and have a delicate scent that smells like garlic. In early autumn it forms smallorange, shelled seeds.
