Golden Grass

This modest-sized, green grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The spear shaped stalks grow in small clumps that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, gold tuft.

During the late summer, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
