Sunset Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This short, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wispy stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, lime tuft.
During the early autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
All parts of the shrub are edible.
