Orange Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This modest-sized, orange-yellow grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, yellow tail.
During the early winter, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of giant grains.
The sap causes severe allergic reactions.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
