Crimson Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Sheds its leaves in winter)This small, muted yellow and crimson grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wispy stalks grow in sparse patches that are delicate.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, pastel purple tuft.
During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is often home to a particular bird species.
