Orange Windvine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This large bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 375 feet (114.3 meters) and growing as high as 139 feet (42.4 meters).
It takes 5 years for the orange stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1.7 feet (51 cm) and are smooth and woody.
The very thin, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are lime and peach, and have smooth edges.
During late spring, the bine produces lots of small silver flowers.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It can survive a very long time without water.
