Indigovine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 25 feet (7.6 meters)0.

It takes 8 months for the beige or bronze stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The sickle shaped, soft leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are red on the sides and white at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces thick bunches of average indigo flowers.


It commonly grows in large patches.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
