Yew Pine

Tree type: Coniferous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This big tree grows up to 62 meters (203.4 feet) tall and lives "forever", with many known specimens being tens of thousands of years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has a stocky, slanted trunk covered in ridged, brown bark, and inside, the very hard wood is brown.

The numerous branches are very short and thick, with thousands of twigs covered with small bunches of small, orange-yellow needles. The needles themselves are flexible.

In late summer it produces medium-sized, white, winged seeds that float and land far away.

The roots spread far and go deep underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with grassy ground between them.

Several parts of the fruit tree have medicinal properties.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
