Waterleaf Grass

This large, yellow-green grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in sparse patches that are light and frail and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, light grey puff.

During the early winter, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of medium-sized grains.
