Twilight Bramble

Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This average-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 36 years. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has dozens of sturdy, twisting stems covered in cracked, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.

The branches are short stubs with dozens of twigs that and are covered with small amounts of small, slender, pointed, leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are bronze and brown, durable and sticky.

In mid-summer it produces lots of medium-sized, deep red flowers with sickle shaped petals with a trumpet-shaped floral cup. They are hardy and have a weak scent that smells like rainy days.

The sap is edible and extremely sweet.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
Their seeds have hallucinogenic properties.
