Spiral Moss

This gray-green moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In marshes, On trees, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is colossal, growing up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches are slow to spread and grow, and is very hardy.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores.
