Curved Willow

Tree type: Deciduous (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This large tree grows up to 85 meters (278.9 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 89 years old. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a very thick, curved trunk covered in delicate, smooth, brown-green bark, and inside, the hard wood is pale yellow.

The sparse amount of branches are very long and thick and are covered with small bunches of waxy, miniature, broad, flat leaves with toothed edges. The leaves themselves are red and muted green.

In late summer it forms giant, grey, tough-shelled seeds.

The roots are long and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy, flexible, and difficult to uproot or break.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with patches of undergrowth between them.

It is suitable for making strong rope
