Hazel Red Marsh Moss

This hazel and red moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In marshes.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is extremely sturdy.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores.

It is suitable for making baskets and the like
It is bio-luminescent.
It usually houses a colony of beneficial insects.
