Magenta Grass

This large, magenta grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are sturdy and flexible and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, caramel tail.

During the late summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few large grains.
