Sunset Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 10 feet (3.0 meters) and growing as high as 121 feet (36.9 meters).
It takes 7 months for the orange-yellow stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and woody.
The stiff, pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are solid green with brown patches, and have rounded edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces many clusters of average black flowers.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
