Silvervine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 40 feet (12.2 meters) and growing as high as 66 feet (20.1 meters).
It takes 5 years for the silver stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are smooth and waxy.
The very thick, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) in length. They are either lime, or yellow with white edges, and have ripped edges.
During late spring, the bine produces bunches of giant dark orange flowers.
