Redvine

This small bine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters)0.

It takes 4 months for the red stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The wispy, clammy leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are pink at the bottom and vivid blue with lime zig-zags at the top, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces handfuls of average cream flowers.
