Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized leaf succulent grows up to 45 feet (13.7 meters) tall. The pleated stem is gray-green, and is covered in hundreds of fine, light orange, hair-like spines. The irregular-edged, needle-like leaves are yellow with dull orange tips.
