Lime Grass

This short, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in extensive patches that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, lime puff.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
