Silvervine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This colossal bine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,157 feet (962.3 meters) and growing as high as 497 feet (151.5 meters).

It takes 22 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 2.3 feet (69 cm) and are smooth and waxy.

The spear shaped, waxy leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are generally silver, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces a handful of average copper flowers.

It is difficult to cut through.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It commonly grows in large patches.
